Featuring my original Cyclamen linocut design, this greetings card is reproduced from one of my original hand-carved linocut prints. The card is left blank inside, making it suitable for birthdays, Mother’s Day, thank you notes, or simply keeping in touch.
Cyclamen are one of the brightest sights in the winter garden, their vivid flowers standing out against a carpet of beautifully patterned leaves. I wanted to capture that welcome burst of colour while keeping the intricate foliage at the heart of the design. After printing the background and leaves, I added each flower by hand using a hand-carved stamp.
I also offer a tea towel featuring a repeat of my Cyclamen design.
